  • No, we offer free shipping for orders over $50. For orders under $50, shipping costs are $6.95.

There is no need to stay at home for a letterbox package; it is delivered immediately. Larger packages are delivered to the neighbors or to a pickup point. You will receive a notification of this via the delivery service. This is also indicated in the tracking page as “ready to pick up”..

The warranty does not cover damage due to:

  • Water damage

We also offer insurance within Gard Pro GardCare+. This insurance covers you against e.g. falls and/or water damage.

If this happens, we will provide you with a replacement product free of charge!

  • You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused (clean) and in original condition.
  • The return costs are for your own account. The cost may vary depending on the shipping option.
  • We process returns on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Depending on the delivery date, you will receive an update about the processing on one of these days. Once your return has been processed, you will receive your refund via the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Troubleshooting & Settings

Downloading the Glory Fitpro

  1. Open the application store APP/PLAY STORE on your cell phone.
  2. Type “Glory Fitpro” in the search bar.
  3. Choose the appropriate app from the search results and tap “Download” or “Install”.

Creating an account.

  1. Press “no account, go register
  2. Enter your E-mail and add a password after choice.
  3. At verification code press “get verification code
  4. A timer will now go off from 60S to 0S, you have 60 seconds to retrieve the code in your mailbox and paste it at “verification code”.
  5. Accept link at the bottom “I have read and agreed to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
  6. And press “Register

Login to my account

  1. Enter your E-mail and your password.
  2. Press “Login
  3. You must now answer the following questions to complete your profile.
  4. Gender
  5. Height
  6. Weight
  7. Age
  8. Target steps per day
  9. Give the Glory Fitpro permission on location and connecting to bluetooth devices

 Connecting to the GARD PRO

  1. At the top of the “HOME” screen press “Connect now
  2. Make sure the GARD PRO is turned on and Bluetooth is on on your cell phone.
  3. Hold the GARD PRO close to your cell phone, you will now see the GARD PRO . Press on it.
  4. Press “connect” and you will receive a notification once the pairing was successful! Accept the “pairing request” and give the Glory Fitpro permission to “allow notifications”.

Want to receive notifications from specific apps on your GARD PRO smartwatch? Follow these simple steps for all our models:

  • Open the Glory Fitpro app.
  • Launch the Glory Fitpro app on your smartwatch.
  • Go to“ device
  • Tap device in the app menu.
  • Select “App'

You will see a list of apps for which you can receive notifications. Enable notifications for the apps you want to receive notifications from.

Troubleshooting: Not receiving notifications?

If notifications are not coming through, check the following settings:

Check the Glory Fitpro app settings.

Open the Glory Fitpro app on your smartphone.

Go to the notification settings within the app.

Make sure the check boxes for the desired apps are selected.

Check the app permissions on your smartphone

Open your cell phone's settings.

Go to 'Apps' and search for the “Glory Fitpro app”.

Make sure all necessary permissions are enabled, such as notifications and access to notifications.

Check the settings of individual apps

Go to the phone settings and open 'Apps'.

Search for the specific app, for example WhatsApp, and check if “show preview” is set to 'Always'. If necessary, turn this on.

How to start the detailed sports data with the GARD PRO

Want a detailed report of your sports performance and workout data? Then follow the steps below to find this data in the Glory Fitpro app:

  1. Open the Glory Fitpro app: Launch the Glory Fitpro app on your smartphone.
  2. Navigate to the sports section: Tap “Sports” in the main menu of the app.
  3. Select your sports: Select the sports you are not going to use and press “save” in the upper right corner.
  4. Start your sports activity: Select the sport you want to perform and press “GO”. Start your workout and keep track of your activity.
  5. Stop your workout: After completing your sports activity, stop the sports function via the Glory Fitpro app.
  6. View your sports data: Swipe to one of the four sports you've practiced. In the center of the screen, press your mileage per month.
  7. View details: Here you will find a summary of all sessions of the selected sport for the past month. This gives you a detailed look back at your performance.

Open the Glory Fitpro app.

  1. Find the Glory Fitpro icon on your smartphone and tap it to open the app.

Go to “Home.”

  1. After opening the app, navigate to the “Home” tab for an overview of your health metrics.

Select Health Measurement.

On the Home page, you will see different options for health measurements such as heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen and body temperature.

Tap the health measurement whose data you want to view.

  1. View the data
  2. In the overview of the selected health measurement, you can view the data by date.
  3. You can scroll through the different dates to view and analyze measurements from specific days.
