SHIPPING

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
If your order totals more than $50, Gard Pro will cover the shipping costs. However, please note that any costs associated with returning an item will be your responsibility.

CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Absolutely! We provide a Track and trace service for all items we ship. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email containing a link to the order status page, where you can monitor your delivery. Please be aware that it might take some time for the Track & Trace status to become available.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
The delivery time for your order is 3-6 business days worldwide. We aim to process and ship your order quickly. If you place your order before 9 p.m. on business days, we generally process it the same day. However, if your order is placed after 9 p.m., processing may take another business day.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I'M NOT HOME FOR DELIVERY?
If you're not available to receive your package, it will be held for you at a local sorting center for seven days. You'll also receive a notification from the courier service (DHL, FedEx, or UPS) with information on the pickup location. If you do not pick up your package within these seven days, it will be returned to our warehouse.


RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without initiating a return request will not be accepted.

DAMAGE AND PROBLEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.

EXCHANGES
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once you receive notification that the return has been accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD.
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without giving a reason. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn and unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received your return and it has been inspected. We will let you know if the refund is approved or not. We cannot accept returns that do not include a return form and proof of purchase. If approved, you will be automatically refunded within ten business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and book the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@gardpro.co
