Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return by emailing support@gardpro.com.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, without defects or signs of use, and in its original packaging with all accessories. You will also need the order confirmation you received via email after placing your order.

To initiate a return, please contact us first via support@gardpro.com to submit a return request.

If this return request is accepted (provided it falls within the 14-day return period), we will send you the return instructions and a return form. Items sent back to us without an approved return request or without a return form will not be accepted.

Once your return has been inspected and approved, we will refund the purchase amount, including any applicable shipping costs. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. For any further return inquiries, feel free to contact us at support@gardpro.com.

Damage and issues

Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and find a solution.

We do not accept items with defects for refunds, only for repair or replacement.

Exchanges

Changed your mind? No problem! The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received. You must first submit a return request to receive the correct documentation. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

You have the right to return your order within 14 days without giving a reason. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, without signs of use, and in its original packaging with all accessories.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received your return and inspected it. We will let you know whether your refund is approved. Returns without a return form cannot be accepted. If approved, you will be automatically refunded within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and book the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@gardpro.com.
